Return Policy -

For all returns, you must contact Brew & Grow at 1-800-230-8191 for a return authorization number (RMA #), or your package will be returned to you, unopened. For packages that arrive to you damaged, please notify us first before taking any action, and please keep all packaging materials.

Returns will only be accepted on unopened or factory damaged items. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and you must have the original sales receipt.

Brew & Grow does not take returns on any food products (malt, hops, grain, yeast, etc.).

No returns on electronic equipment and light bulbs unless returned under warranty and with the original sales receipt.

Return Shipping Policy -

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we have made an error in your order, or an item arrived to you damaged or defective. In this case, you will be refunded your return shipping costs once it has been established the product was returned to us under the above guidelines. Brew & Grow will be responsible for the cost of ground shipping only.
