Product Description:
This water soluble protein has no taste, color or odor. Causes particles to coagulate and settle out. Also removes astringency by removing tannin. When using in white wines, tannin must be added for best results. Dissolve 2 teaspoons into a cup of water, then stir into wine in the secondary fermenter.
